Chef Matthew Kirkley welcomes Chef Jongwon Son of Seoul’s One MICHELIN-starred L’Amant Secret and Eatanic Garden for a masterfully crafted eight-course menu. Reuniting in the kitchen six years after COI, where Chef Son was dutifully prepping Chef Kirkley’s dishes and absorbing all the knowledge and technique possible, their culinary journeys diverged. Now, a Bocuse d’Or and a combined three Stars later, the two join for an evening of orchestrated excellence where mentor and mentee bring the past and present together.
